Large mid 20th century table lamp In the style of Charles Dudouyt, France c 1950.
Made of turned wood in a late deco style.
A tall, well proportioned table lamp in excellent original condition. The lamp has been given a simple clean without restoration.
Sturdy with no wobbles, fully functioning.
Small area to the back of the base showing signs of old worm activity (now long gone), on the surface of the wood only and does not penetrate below the surface. Original electrics are in good working order, fabric covered twisted cable, original bakelite switch. Takes a standard bayonet fit bulb. Plug has been changed to a new vintage style UK 3 pin plug.
Shade not included. Price is for the lamp base only.
